This 6-week, 5 days a week, workout plan is for the dedicated athlete, regardless of sport, that is serious about gaining physical strength and individual sport-specific workouts at the same time.
Each day consists of specific lifts, running, abdominal workout, and individual skill workouts (NOT INCLUDED). We suggest a sport-specific skill workout that fits into your program.

It is imperative that each athlete/person that is using this workout have a current athletic physical on file with your athletic program and/or school. Athletes should not participate in this workout unless cleared by a physician with current documentation on file, as it is demanding and strenuous.
This workout should never be completed individually without adult supervision. A spotter should also be used for every lift.
