This is a big-time series of 10 individual and partner shooting drills that will get your players game shots at game speed, push them to reach the goals of each shot, and leave them gassed at the end of the 30 minutes, guaranteed! Each segment is timed with goals of how many shots to make. Players will get up a variety of game shots at game speed while working on footwork and shooting on the move.
This series goes extremely well with my Wolf Power 2 Man Drill Series that develops the transition offense. Combined, players are developing their individual skills and greatly enhancing their cardiovascular endurance.
Another critical component players gain from this series is making shots while they are tired. The goals in each drill help enhance their concentration.
